Hi, I'm Max

I'm Max McClowes, the person behind this small family of Docusaurus plugins.

I'm a product director with a background in engineering, design, and strategy. I've spent more than a decade building software in startups and scale-ups, mostly around SaaS and fintech. I care about tools that work with the grain of the people using them, solve a clear problem, and quietly endure.

These plugins came from that same instinct. Each removes a small piece of friction I encountered while making documentation sites: maintaining shared language, adding useful notices, writing API specifications, or giving coding agents accurate source material. This site documents them and runs them, so the examples have to survive contact with a real build.
